At Vin Du Lac Bistro we have our own vegetable and herb garden to offer you the freshest produce possible. We make all pastas in-house. We change our menu quarterly to feature seafood, foraged and harvested foods, fresh cheese and other delicacies as they come into season.
Ours is the most incredibly productive and diverse agricultural region with a profoundly talented array of artisan cheese makers, butchers and farmers, and surrounded by pristine, teeming rivers and ocean waters. A restaurateur must indulge and celebrate this abundance! Otherwise, what is the point?
